A beverage distributor can't live without AutoPalletP3 |

With a high turnover in case pickers, AutoPalletP3 has enabled this 300,000 case/year beverage distributor to bring new workers up to speed quickly. But when a comunications failure prevented the AutoPalletP3 pick lists from getting to the workers, things rapidly ground to a near halt. While picklists from the ERP (route accounting) system were generated, no AutoPalletP3 picklist could be produced becasue the link between the two computers was damaged. It was all-hands to the warehouse. Even so, the slump in productivity was so bad that route-departure times were missed bady. The warehouse manager, Hunter Sprague, indicated that "we never knew just how much we relied on AutoPalletP3. From my end, I'll do everthing I have to do to make sure it NEVER happens again.
